General Contracting Services:
PBI has a great working relationship with many subcontractors such as plumbing & heating, electrical, masonry, foundations, excavation, drywall, flooring and many others. We receive quotes, schedule, and oversee jobs performed by these professionals so that all projects remain on schedule as well as meet our high standard.

New Homes:
PBI has constructed over 30 new homes in the Central Maine area ranging from the very simple and small to the very complex and large. We have constructed simple 1500 square foot homes to 7000 square foot estates. We have incorporated many different construction designs such as stick built, post and beam, and pre manufactured panel construction.

Remodeling:
PBI can transform your home into virtually any design you may desire, be it for function or just for looks. We also specialize in the unique and high end materials such as tin ceilings, ceramic tile, custom moldings, solid wood cabinets and trim, or any vision or idea you may have for your living space.

Kitchen & Bath:
PBI can turn your kitchen or bath into a room you see in pictures in a magazines or decorating books. An updated kitchen or bath increases the marketability and value of your home.

Cabinets:
PBI has a 2000 sq ft cabinet shop and showroom for all your custom cabinet and counter top needs. We offer an entry level line of custom cabinets as well as elaborately detailed high end cabinets and everything in between.

Millwork:
PBI custom makes and installs almost any millwork and trim out of many different species of wood. We also offer staining and finishing services for all millwork.

Staircases:
PBI can construct high end hardwood staircases in both new construction and existing homes.

Design:
PBI offers design services for all the above. We specialize in computer aided drafting for all our designs. A great project starts out with a great design.
